He has a particular interest and experience in brand strategy for charities and NGOs, and for places and destinations.

Julian Campbell has extensive experience of working with clients in a consultancy capacity – focusing on business growth, marketing planning and organisational change – across the UK and recently in East Africa, where he worked with clients seeking to access UK and EU retail markets.
A former Head of Operations for Business Link for Norfolk, Julian’s background also includes senior management roles within the arts and creative industries sector. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, a member of the Institute of Directors, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Business Consulting.
His particular interest is improving decision making within organisations and how this has a critical impact upon brand development, business strategy and growth.
Julian has an MBA from the University of East Anglia and is also an Associate Tutor at the University, teaching marketing and management consultancy at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Specialising in high-stakes presentations, she combines strategic intent with the personal touch. Since 2009 Tracy has worked with over twenty companies to explore the values their stories revealed and how their behaviours deliver their brands.

Fiona Ryder has over 20 years’ experience in the media, film, TV and technology sectors, specialising in helping clients identify, explore and develop digital media solutions.
She is a passionate evangelist of social and new media and has a comprehensive knowledge of the technologies needed to deploy successful branded rich media solutions on a cross platform basis.
A former commercials producer, she has spent the last 15 years at C level, developing branded digital media channels and networks for multinationals in the Out of Home market and across digital media platforms including web and smart phones.
She established her first company in 1994, which pioneered the use of big screen advertising at live music and sports events. In 1999 she founded her award winning company, Cube Music, which rapidly became a leading content and signage provider in the UK retail market, winning major accounts and rollouts for retailers including Topshop, Burberry and World Duty Free. She sold Cube to Immedia plc and served as COO for the enlarged group until September 2007.
In 2009 she founded StreamExchange which delivers cross platform video solutions to the public and private sectors.
